I Sira is a hiring platform that connects candidates with companies.
This is the candidate mobile app — and its hook is voice.
Instead of filling endless forms, you record a 30–60 second voice intro and the app builds your profile automatically from what you say.
You confirm the details across a few quick steps, add your CV and documents, then publish and get discovered by great companies.
The wider platform also spans a company-facing web app and a control dashboard.
